I'm a biological female. I am young (Gen Z) and Canadian (very left-wing country). As a young female, I am expected to be a feminist. I am not, in fact, I speak against feminism. I have done my research on both pro-feminism topics and anti-feminism topics. When I looked at feminism, there was too much that contradicted something else.

Now my peers who preach "respect all women" personally attack me, because we disagree.

What is female privilege? THIS...

- being 92% LESS likely to die or be critically injured on your work site

- no fear of getting rape accusations after a one-night-stand regrets her decision (i.e "regret sex")

- belief of innocence in domestic violence despite contrary evidence

- having gender-specific shelter (despite being more than 40% of domestic violence victims, there are no shelters for only adult men, however, there are women-specific shelters)

- being 3.5 times less likely to be a victim of homicide

- can make a malicious rape/assault claim with little risk if caught (the woman who was jailed had made at least 7 false rape accusations and many more assault claims before she got "justice" of 9 months)

- having your biological behavior pathologized; over 20% of boys (ages 4-12) are wrongly diagnosed with ADHD and given medication which often causes extreme side effects

Feminist Arguments and How to Counter Them:

First of all, know your surroundings. Are you alone with this female? Are you somewhere with alcohol/drugs (whether you’ve had them or not)? Is there many of them and one of you?

If you answered “yes”....DON’T

You don’t know if they’re radical enough to file a disagreement as “misconduct”. Think of it like you’re being arrested: anything you say can, and will be, held against you. Except that it will be changed to make you look bad. If/when this happens, the majority of women will back each other up. Guilty until proven guilty. The best scenario has one or two female friends, anti feminist or neutral, with you.

The Wage Gap

Hello my old friend. How many cents does a woman make for a man’s dollar? Well, only one way to find out...random number generator! Just kidding. It’s one dollar. 100 cents, if you will.

Almost every feminist to “call me out” has a different number for this. I have heard that women make: 65 cents, 68 cents, 70 cents, 74 cents, 75 cents and 78 cents on a man’s dollar. Of course you don’t go working at WalMart for less if you’re female...and they acknowledge that. That doesn’t mean that their argument is valid. It makes it less valid.

No, women tend to take lower paying jobs by choice. Men tend to take higher paying jobs. Don’t like it? Get a better education and a higher paying job. Statistically, men also work more overtime hours. Sometimes their job requires it, a doctor, pharmacist or lab tech will often need to work overtime, which pays more.

ALSO:

7.8% of aerospace engineers are female (120k+/year)

14.2% of architects are female

20% of software engineers are female (~100k/year)

20% of surgeons are female (200k+/year)

30% of doctors are female (120k+/year)

BUT only…

0.5% of heavy machinery workers are female (~50k/year, dangerous)

0.6% of electricians are female (~60k/year)

0.9% of loggers are female (~50k/year, dangerous)

1.7% of roofers are female (~50k/year)

3.2% of highway maintenance workers are female (~60k/year, can be dangerous)

3.5% of firefighters are female (~50k/year VERY DANGEROUS)

4.1% of welders are female (55k/year, can be dangerous)

In jobs where more than 90% of employees are male, the salary is less than $60,000/year. The current (as of 2016) job with the highest percentage of females is a speech-language pathologist, which makes a starting salary of 65k/year. (98% of SLP are female).
