This is a direct cause of the Me Too movement. It teaches us to believe all women without any real evidence being provided.

The movement is honestly more harmful than good. So many people have been caught abusing #MeToo just for convenience(easier to call it rape than admitting to have been cheating etc.). I feel bad for the real victims, their terrible experiences will eventually become invalidated.

she deserves fucking jail for the same amount of time they would have gotten if falsely imprisoned, but I also want to just add that India has a problem with sexual harassment/forced or arranged marriage and such and to not cherry pick the one fake claim as "all women"
