Its simple strategy. China wants more people then more workers, then more soldiers, then more demand for resources, more expansive pressure, more power to claim that expansion, rinse repeat.

I dont blame the chinese, i blame the genocidal authoritarian government.

You can't interrupt the cheap plentiful supply of peasents to their new feudal lords.

Though really clamping down if vasectomies makes no sense. You only need in lone buck to fertilize a herd of does. There is something else going in here.

As to b that you will get similar pushback in the States. For vasectomies, tubal ligation, and hysterectomies, even in the presence of conditions like PCOS.
