If 5 or 10 years from now you don't see any of your current attitudes as right out to lunch, then something has gone wrong. The philosophy that everyone is equal is definitionally Egalitarianism. That's quite literally the definition of it, go look it up.
Feminism is not the belief that all are equal, it was originally a movement intended to give women more rights than what they had. Now (in the 3rd wave) it's a movement that has all kinds of strange and extraneous goals like supporting trans rights, often at the expense of biological women, and giving women advantages at the expense of men.
So to say that Feminism is only about equality is to be willfully ignorant about the historical and modern application of the movement.

The term "equality" is very nuanced, and it depends on what you mean by that.
If by equality, you mean letting biological males into female sports to dominant the competition and blow women out of the water, then no, I don't want that.
If by equality, you mean letting biological men into women's spaces where they can be sexually assaulted, impregnated and raped then no, I don't want that.
If by equality you mean eschewing the law so that women almost always come out of top in divorce proceedings and retain custody of their children at the man's expense, then no, I don't want that.
As I said, Feminism isn't interested in equality. There are thousands upon thousands of examples of where they have intentionally changed the law in such a way that has nothing to do with equality, but is instead interesting in advancing some political motive.

30% pay gap has been debunked a million times. Earnings gap is mostly due to hours worked. Want to earn 30% more then work 30% more hours, seek more lucrative or dangerous professions, and ask for more raises. It's not about being a women but personal choices. Take responsibility for yourself.

Like many men, I'm as anti-misogynist as I am anti-misandrist. Treating everyone with respect and dignity and kindness is what all our Mommies taught us to do back in those first 5-10 years of our lives, and we saw the good that came from it and continued it into our adult lives. Sure, we've slipped here and there, even often, but we know the goal is a peaceful world, and we try to make the good we do outweigh the bad.
So I'm always impressed when a woman is brave enough to stand up for basic human decency, because right now, in my country at least, misandry is the new virtue signalling.
