Here’s my take on this. You obviously loved this girl to an extent maybe she feels the same way for you and also feels a certain way about the situation also. But bro… everything in life has to come to an end. Nothing is forever except the memories we make and the feelings we once felt.

Women are no exception, like everything else in this world we live in they come and go. That’s just the way it is. I’m proud of you that you stepped up and moved passed the situation like a man even though you it hurt you. Don’t let anyone put you down for that.

I’m sure you’ll move on and reconcile this whole thing in some time, but with that my advice would be go spend some time with the people you have, and if you don’t go do some fun shit by yourself.

Start working out. Put those feels into building muscle or losing fat. Focus on yourself and do shit that makes you happy. This will take some time though and the feelings will be there for a bit.
