It’s something insignificant, look past it and carry on as normal. Try to avoid work drama as much as possible.

Only time i’d recommend doing something is if you feel threatened, physically or verbally. Then you stand up for yourself professionally via emails & HR.

So you interrupted their meeting?

A nonverbal greeting would’ve been best in that circumstance like an open palm. If you’re going to use a verbal greeting, best to do so when the meeting is over.

Never outshine the master. Always say less than necessary.
