For anyone who read my prior post about my SD/SB relationship I’m pretty sure I have to go for man A because he is the one I love and it’s getting harder for me to enjoy being with Man B to the point where I am being repelled by some of his personality and intimacy. I told man A I needed to have a talk with him and the poor guy has barely slept since then even though I told him it’s nothing bad and I just want to get his perspective on some things as he did make a comment that potentially indicated he wanted me only as a FWB, so I will get full clarity tonight hopefully. I will say that most of his words and actions tell me the complete opposite though.

So my question is: is it too soon to ask him if he plans to get divorced at some point after only a month of dating? It seems like it might be appropriate as the purpose of this conversation is to get a sense at what kind of potential long term relationship can come about of it if anything, but I’m nervous as I don’t want to come across as desperate or pushing him towards marrying me after only a month of dating.

I also wonder about if it would be so bad to not get legally married as there are certain welfare benefits I might lose such as Medicade and SSI since I don’t qualify for SSDI (the good kind of disability) because of my lack of work history. I am going to try and claim some of my sugaring income or maybe start a home based side hustle to see if I can establish the minimum work history to eventually qualify for SSDI in the future, in which case I wouldn’t loose my future benefits through marriage.
