So I read up on game and it finally made click for the most part. I have to say that kino after the first slight touch comes naturally to me and I never had a big problem escalating. You can say that all the girls I was with were easy and fast lays (same evening) as soon as I was sure I could run kino on them without getting slapped in the face or kicked in the crotch.
