In India many intellectual property law firms and some corporate law firms take only women even if there are guys who are equally qualified and skillful. Because of this many educated and skillful guys are jobless whereas many girls with no experience or skills get into these firms. Recently had a talk with feminists and according to her giving more opportunities to women less to men like that is equality lol.
