Unless she's in your class and you use that as an excuse to talk and hangout, or you're extremely attractive, cold approach will not work. College is all about status. You could be good looking and a bit muscular and they wont even bat an eye unless you have status in their group or a group they value. Make friends with guys that have status first. Ignore the women there entirely until you've established yourself. Then you can start talking to them.

I personally wouldn't recommend approaching tons of girls in a closed space. Unless you're high SMV. You should concentrate on academics and building friends, both for later in life and for partying. Its during parties that you get wasted and approach tons of girls with no consequence because, well awaythrow420 was drunk.

But seriously, depending of the size of the class, people will notice if you approach more than 3 girls in your class in a year's period. 1 per semester is ok though. Also if you are in year one, there is a good chance everybody wont make it to year two so you could be more proactive. But as the years go by, and the classes become smaller, more restrain is needed.

If you are walking around and see a girl you really like, don't hesitate to go talk to her. Especially if she seem like the shy kind who doesn't have a lot of friends.

Of course all this is in the case you're low SMV. If you're high SMV, the rules doesn't apply ^{^} You might even want to get the reputation of a player. People will come and befriend you. People will want to be like you. And girls.. well.. you've seen the movies.

Just start rubbing your dick in class. If you're confident in your size it should create interest with anyone who spots it
