Being a linecook can be pretty stressful. Honestly I think the couple years I spent in the restaurant industry made me a more humble and appreciative person. When you're constantly stressed and getting yelled at at work you transfer that to your daily life and it affects how you treat people. With your coworkers you experience what it's like to scream and yell at each other for hours during the dinner rush and then laugh together over a beer after work. For instance, the typical friendship or re…

You're allowed to desire and pursue women. And it's perfectly fine to demonstrate that or even tell them. The IDGAF mentality refers to the outcome. If she rejects you, you have to be willing to walk away and not let it affect your confidence. Don't be that guy that sits at the corner of the bar and waits for them to come to you. Approach whoever you like, and say whatever you want, just don't get your feelings hurt.

I mean you can try all those strategies if you want but honestly you need to be confident with yourself first. Don't try to play a character. You can make adjustments to your behavior, but if you make it a complete charade you're setting yourself up for failure imo, because then if you want to keep these women around you have to maintain that facade the entire time.

Hundreds of girls in the last year? Whoa. So you have a date like every day? Or multiple? Also I'm curious how many involve alcohol. I usually invite them out for a drink since that feels the most natural but if you have other cool ideas I'm all ears.

Whichever is more advantageous. If your uncle is an asshole but is a CEO at a major company, just bear it and use him as a connection to get ahead. If your whole family is a bunch of lowlifes, then cut them out. Don't engage them or try to make them change. Just leave or maintain minimal contact.

That makes sense. I still enjoy myself, but I just feel a slight extra bit of pressure essentially.

It's not nice? I mean you have every right to say no if a woman wants to be exclusive, but I personally think it's kind of shitty to say yes without any intention of actually doing that. Just say no and let her make a decision. Or if you want to white lie then just tell her you're not sure yet.

I agree that OP seems a bit severe. HOWEVER, he never said anything about punishing the girl. He just said that he will hard next her. I don't think that makes him abusive. If he was advocating screaming at or intimidating the girl or something that would be a different story. Essentially, his policies are just a super efficient way to find a girl that wants to live under that paradigm. Any girl that doesn't fit he just says goodbye. Is this correct /u/88Will88 ?

At the end of the day women, just like everyone else, are just looking for value. You seem to be a high value person or at least someone aspiring to be one, so that's all you need to worry about. Think of it this way. Is what you were like in middle school important to people now? No. In high school you were barely older than that. No one cares. Just be awesome and women will flock and not question anything.
/r/askTRP27/12/16 10:42 AM

Well I think a common misconception is that you need to have common ground to have an interesting conversation. Most of the time all you have to do is ask the person about themselves ("what did you do today/tomorrow/once you finish school/etc). And then you just need to think of directed, specific questions about whatever they tell you. If they say they like animals, ask them about their opinion on some current event or situation you know about regarding animals. Stuff like that. You don't need …

Oh for sure it was more a curiosity since I have a gay friend who lives next to a bunch of them. Thought I might check it out for a laugh as well. I live in the city so there is no shortage of night life options.

The best way is to build a social circle or to go to specific events or communities. Start going to a certain nightclub or join a salsa dancing class or something. These things facilitate meeting women more effectively than cold approach. And if you aren't an 8/10 at least cold approach is going to feel disappointing. Still, if you notice a girl in a store or something, ask a question or make a comment and try to make something happen.

OK that makes sense. I wasn't doing good my thing out of laziness; just didn't want to come across as just a validation source. But 6 or 7 messages seems reasonable. If you don't mind what's your experience on Tinder? # of matches, dates, etc? What are your pictures and bio like? I just started so I'm trying to establish a benchmark so I know what to improve on.
/r/askTRP13/12/16 10:59 PM

Don't think of it as being the "funny guy". You need to look at the big picture. That guy is just being generally charming. Watch his body language, voice inflection, gestures, everything. Also, is he the only one in the class who behaves this way? If so, people are attracted to people who put themselves out there and don't give a fuck what people think. If no one else is talking or telling stories, of course he's going to seem interesting in comparison.

Being horny makes you aggressive, which is useful. You're not "out of frame" because you demonstrate sexual interest. You need to post more information to see if you're actually doing a bad job. You are already doing 90% of the work if you're going out regularly and talking to women with confidence. Remember most women are going to turn ANY guy down. It's just a numbers game.

There are plenty of other clubs in the area, and some of them share/swap staff with the club where I got hired. So I have a lot of options/connections for going out on my days off. Plus I've learned that I get pretty crazy on the dance floor and bar so I'd rather not advertise that to my boss too much lol.
/r/askTRP23/11/16 10:21 PM

Holy shit this is awesome. The club is one of the bigger ones in the area. I think when I interviewed they said that we had about 20-30 bouncers on the floor at night. Is that fairly big? I'm not the most jacked person but I'm 6'4" 210lbs at like 15%bf to give you an idea. Lifts are in the intermediate category and increasing. Pretty handsome face, clear skin, posture, etc. Learned a lot about proper body language from reading this sub and taking salsa lessons at school. Fuck me this is going to…

It's a nightclub on the beach in a college town (San Diego), so not too sure how violent it is. I was mainly wondering about martial arts to protect myself honestly, not so much to throw people out. So how does it work on a night to night basis? Girls literally just walk up to you and try to seduce you or drag you away? How much leeway do you have to interact with them without getting in trouble? Do you finish your shift and have women waiting to take you home? That seems surreal.

Just think of yourself as a vehicle for other people to express themselves. Allow them to stroke their egos. Compliment them. Ask interesting questions. It's a good skill to learn even if you don't care about the person. And it will be useful in situations where you actually want to learn about him or her.

I mean realistically there are a lot of women that would fuck you even if you have no game. Except they're probably mostly fat or ugly. It's not that everyone can't get pussy. Try to not have an agenda. Don't feel pressured to get every girl's number or whatever. Just talk. Have fun. Don't take yourself so seriously and just experiment with conversation and humor. Once you start feeling more comfortable with yourself you can start escalating.

University makes it super easy. Just go to clubs and social events. They are constantly advertised all over campuses. You should go even if you aren't super interested in the topic; just go and meet people and ask questions. If there are any any dance groups, you should ABSOLUTELY join. They're like 80% women, and they just want to have fun. I get numbers every week from my salsa class.

OK try this. Hook up with a girl that is objectively smarter than you. Also richer. Like a professional with a PhD in a hard science or something. Someone that will challenge you. Maybe that would be refreshing.

Well clubs with loud music aren't really conducive to conversation. And conversations with groups of 5+ people are usually awkward by definition. They just don't really work. And even when they do you shouldn't expect to be talking even 50% of the time. If you find yourself in a large group often. Just talk to the 2 or 3 people close to you. Have a private convo and then maybe the rest of the group will want to know what you're talking about and there you have it. But honestly you shouldn't worr…

Think about it. You always have an internal monologue going on and because you aren't autistic you censor yourself or otherwise don't say every little thing that comes to mind. However, if you take this mentality too far it can be a problem. So next time you have an opinion or some cheeky response in your head, push past your instincts and just say it. Don't do it in a really risky situation (with your boss, etc), but try it with friends or during social occasions. The worst that happens is you …

I mean if you're at the gym in my vicinity I'm probably going to look at you. I'll check out your form, the weight you're using, etc. And if someone is clearly a total noon and does something dumb like load up way too much weight on bench with no spotter you're goddamn right I'm watching so I can save you when you inevitably fail a rep(university gyms lol). But I'm not going to say something or laugh or anything like that. Stop being so insecure and just lift you guys.

I've been lifting for 2 years. I never took progress pictures because I don't care what I used to be and neither will anyone else. However, the one downside is that I still don't think my body has changed much at all, despite the fact that I'm way stronger and have gained muscle according to the scale. Yesterday I ran into an old friend that I hadn't seen in 2.5 years and he literally was shocked. He couldn't believe I was the same person (I was scrawny in high school). So basically just realize…

Don't get me wrong, he does have really good frame. But when you see videos of him, the topic is often something he has been writing or debating about for DECADES. He knows his opponent's position inside and out and knows every logical fallacy that could be thrown at him. True frame is tested when you are put in volatile situations where you have to come up with responses on the spot.

I'm pretty relaxed around women. I think the dancing classes helped a lot with that. You literally approach for an hour and a half and control their bodies. You get used to it. And on dates or through texts it's all very casual. I'll set up a time once, and they either accept or reschedule. If they flake or don't offer another time I just say "no worries" and ghost. I usually first meet them through a school club or event (I get a decent amount of numbers from Salsa dancing class, which is good because kino is somewhat established) . Next is coffee or a walk. But the problem is that 6 or lower is what I can achieve purely based on my physical SMV at the moment. My game is alright but I really just don't care unless my height or physique or looks are the main factors.

I was under the impression that 6'4" 200lbs at 12% is pretty small. The natty limit for that body fat and height is around 225lbs, after all. Phelps is 6'4" 194lbs. I was just using body fat to approximate what I have to do and what I can expect. For instance, if I know I'll look terrible(skinny/small) at 10%, I might decide to just get down to ~15% and then bulk again. Save myself a few months of time (and misery).

Picture of torso? You don't think 10-12% is reasonable at 200lbs? I'm definitely between 20-25%bf right now. At max I need to lose 30 pounds of fat, but most likely around 25lbs. Will 25 of the 35lbs I plan on losing be fat? I actually started my cut a week ago (at ~245lbs) and lost about 8 pounds of water weight.

Practice makes perfect. However, you need to relax. Being charismatic shouldn't be some sort of major strain. You need to learn to just speak your mind rather than try to put up a constant facade. Being "alpha" isn't about some sort of constant blitzkrieg of seduction. It's an IDGAF attitude coupled with an ambition to go after what you want. Sorry if this sounds vague but I'm not too sure about the specifics of your interactions, so I'm trying to remain as broad as possible.

You don't need a specific answer. You just need to go out there and do/say whatever you want. You want to fuck the other girls? Start talking to them. You want to escalate with a girl you're with? Just do it! Bored by social situations? Again, do what you want. But realize that sex is a transaction. You can't be a player without charisma.

Ask her to come over to do something you want to do. Stop seeking for her approval. As for escalation, it's a case by case basis. Just do what you want to do, and pull back if she flinches really hard or literally says "no." Then try again. If she doesn't submit at a certain point just stop and tell her goodbye.

You should have said,"Hey come over I want to show you some music." Or literally anything like that. Asking to cuddle is WAY too direct, and you completely destroy any plausible deniability. I'm insecure about getting naked. If you escalate to the point that she's in your bed taking her clothes off, she isn't going to stop and leave once you take yours off.

"I want you to start wearing makeup" She cries, throws a tantrum, etc. You stay completely silent until she's done. Ask her "Are you done?" If she is, say,"Ok, so are you going to wear makeup or not?" If she refuses again literally just say,"Ok." Then, finish the date and stop talking to her. She will understand, and if she wants to come back she will submit.

Last minute resistance refers literally to the last minute before closing. Like, she has half her clothes off, is on your bed, and hesitates.

You're awfully pragmatic. To my detriment, I'm afraid... Good luck though! Not really sure why you can't just contact her friends directly though. Being an acquaintance of virgin girl should be enough to get the ball rolling imo.

I mean you are talking about a platonic relationship.....on a forum for a forum for "Discussion of sexual strategy".

Very interesting. You seem to have a very complete grasp of this. I look forward to implementing your advice. And you have given me a completely new perspective regarding the notion of the "Alpha theater." However, if you don't mind, I have one more question regarding the girl's "last minute resistance." Let's say we vibe well, are kissing/touching, etc. I take her hand and lead her to the bedroom. This is the end of her "plausible deniability." We both know what my intentions are at that moment…

Oh. Sorry I just didn't really understand your intent with this girl judging from your OP. My advice would be to not take her feelings TOO seriously. Don't be a pyschopath, but realize that sex isn't some sort of devastating curse. She'll get over it.

Should I grab her hips? Pull her in? BINGO! Grab her ass too for good measure.

What do you actually say when your approach, verbatim?
/r/askTRP06/03/16 12:11 AM

Is she attractive? Isn't that enough to want to bang her, disregarding some sort of literal psychosis? Do her hobbies/personality really matter for that purpose?
/r/askTRP06/03/16 12:08 AM

How long until you escalate to sex though? Second date? Third? Later? Do you just text "come over" and lead her to your bedroom? Also, if she doesn't reciprocate your initial advances during the second date, do you have a plan B, or do you just "next" her after the meal? What do you mean by "alpha theater?" Sorry if I'm over-analyzing, but this is all very new to me.

She's wasting your time. And even though she could be a virgin, she is still a woman. Which means that your value continues to plummet as long as you put her on a pedestal and give her attention without reciprocation. Just ignore her and find another girl. There's a girl I've been trying to get to hang out with me recently. Dude, this is TRP. You are allowed to say that you want to bang her.

I recently had something "click" regarding approach anxiety. Now it's difficult to find a reason to NOT want to approach a girl. You need to visualize what the worst case scenario would be. You say hello, and she LAUGHS IN YOUR FACE! She calls you a loser, an absolute pathetic human being. She call you a scrawny little faggot. She calls you gross, and a whole host of other names and insults. Ok now what? Take stock of the situation. Are you physically injured? No. Does this stranger(I assume a g…

I'm really curious what your physique looks like now. 6 months of training is not much time, but if you have 6s and 7s throwing themselves at you then you must have something going on for yourself.

How do you explain your success on Tinder then? Initially women will only have a few pictures and a short bio of you. What are they? Additionally, would you say you get many matches and have success with a small percentage, or do you get a smaller amount of matches and succeed with a larger percentage due to your RP knowledge?

I mean the marriage was already broken. It never really even formed. As long as the woman doesn't respect the husband the marriage is purely a facade.

Just read the top posts (all time) for a few hours. You learn them all eventually(amused mastery, outcome independence, fitness, fashion, being assertive, etc).

When you feel that way, forget about her body for a moment. Just think about her mind. It's a woman's mind. One that you can easily guide and control using all the tools TRP has to offer. Her body, no matter how attractive, is just a bunch of flesh encasing that mind. If you put the mind and personality of a 5/6 you know into the body of a 10, what reason would you have to be intimidated? Now realize that the minds of a 5/6 and a 10 probably aren't that different to begin with.

Could you go into a little more detail about when you were dropping in/out of college? I went to college right after high school and did pretty poorly. It wasn't really the work. It was a sort of downward spiral of depression due to not really learning how to make connections with people and network so that I could get help, participate in study groups, etc. I also was completely clueless about women, which isn't totally relevant but made things worse I think. Eventually I got academically disqu…

I've noticed this with my sister. She grew up playing soccer all her life and is about as far away from mental independence as one can get. Maybe it's not a direct link but it may have influenced this behavior.
