A more important figure for me is how many women rejected me versus how many women did I reject?

I'd say I've rejected/insta-nexted more women than I've dated or plated. That's all that matters to me.

I had 40+ rejections in a row, back to back to back, but then I was hitting pay dirt practically every day.

The actual numbers don't matter as long as you're approaching.

Tinder I have around 200 matches(3 1/2 months) and Ive banged 11. Not a great statistic but I'm still spinning about 4 of them and I have girls from outside tinder that Im spinning. I have a rotation and outside my main 2(non tinder) I only call the tinder girls once every other week. I've got pretty high social proof in my city though so that helps a lot.

Tinder is awesome for traveling though. Hard to set up dates that quick but the ones you do meet up with are almost always a forsure thing.

I've been trying out some new material on OkCupid for the past month. So far, I've messaged 160 different girls with one of four openers. I'm in a new city now, and wanted to try some new approaches. So, I whipped up an Excel spreadsheet with usernames of 160 different girls . I identified which opener was used on each girl as I went along. (5-10 openers per night.) Side Note: Say "too much effort" and I'll call your mother a whore. There is a higher purpose to what I am doing here. It's worth a couple of extra hours of time now.

Here are my stats so far:

Opener A: 19 out of 39 responses (48.71%); Out of those 19, I got 7 numbers (36.84%); Total: 7 numbers out of 39 responses (17.95%); Out of those 7 numbers, I had two dates, two flakes, and nexted the remaining three. So, out of 39 responses, two dates and two flakes. That's a 5.13% success rate on scoring a date. Closed on one of the two dates, so a 2.56% success rate.

Opener B: 25 out of 49 responses (51.02%); Out of those 25, I got 4 numbers (16.00%); Total: 4 numbers out of 49 responses (8.16%); Out of those 4 numbers, I had one date, one flake, and nexted the remaining two. So, out of 49 responses, one date. That's a 2.04% success rate. Closed on that date, so 2.04% success rate.

Opener C: 20 out of 40 responses (50.00%); Out of those 20, I got 5 numbers (25.00%); Total: 5 numbers out of 40 responses (12.50%); Out of those 5 numbers, I had three dates and one flake, nexted the last girl. So, out of 40 responses, three dates. That's a 7.50% success rate. Out of those three dates, I closed one, got really into another (kissed her the right way, but she's a higher value girl than typical -- UPenn grad school), and nexted the third one. Always a gentleman when I next a girl, even when her personality was foul. I'm calling this a 5.00% success rate: 2 out of 40.

Opener D: 11 out of 32 responses (34.38%); Out of those 11, I got 2 numbers (18.18%); Status: Meeting one of the two girls tomorrow, currently being texted by the other girl, who is coming off very insecure. She's a little curvier than I like, but very pretty eyes and great lips. (A young Claire Forlani but chubby. Gorgeous eyes!) Assuming I go out with both, and they both show up, that's a 6.25% (2 out of 32) success rate.

Overall Totals: 160 openers, with 75 girls responding. That's a 46.88% response rate. Most of those conversations didn't go on for more than 3-5 more messages before things went stale. Sometimes nothing sparks. If the number one rule of real estate is location, the number one rule of online dating is timing. A better man than I once taught me that. Call it Penn's law. Anyway, so out of those 75 responses, I pulled 18 numbers. Out of those 18 numbers, I set up 7 dates. Out of those 7 dates, I got laid 4 times (57.14% rate), with 1 date still pending (tomorrow) and another likely soon. If we assume the same success rate, I'll have been on 8 dates and got laid 5 times. That's a 62.50% success rate on getting laid.

Out of the 160 openers, I have a 5.00% success rate in landing a date. And out of the 160 openers, I got laid 3.13% of the time. I also have my first plate since moving to Philadelphia, and one girl that is potentially an LTR (but we're just calling this a light potential). (Note: Second and third dates don't count in the statistics.)

Bonus Info (Racial Data): I prefer white girls. 140 out of 160 of the openers were sent to white women. (87.50%) 15 out of the 160 were to Hispanic women. 5 out of the 160 were to black women. 1 out of the 5 black women responded. No date. The sisters almost never get me. 5 out of the 15 Hispanic women responded. (33.33%) No date, but one number that hasn't gone anywhere. (Yet?) 69 out of 140 white women responded. (49.29%) All of the dates and sex were with white women.

tl;dr: Out of 160 openers, I landed 8 dates and got laid 5 times. That's 3.13% opener to sex rate.

What matters most is the success, not the ratio.

Which do you respect more.... 1000 approaches and 5 lays? Or 3 approaches, 1 lay and betabucks for life? Which is most time efficient?

Point is... there's more than one way to do things.

You're looking at about 3% (sex) for a daygame cold approach.

You can get this ratio higher if you go for warm approaches (eye contact, woman of appropriate age and attractiveness, being hot yourself). And you'll be having sex with these girls multiple times.

Also... hit rate from your social circle is WAYYYYYY higher than random strangers.
