My fellow men, I hope you are well and even if you are not doing so hot I just want you to know, I love you and care about you, no matter where you are in the world. We need to tell each other this more, it doesn't we want to fuck each other. Maybe it does for some, but who cares, I'm not one to judge.
I've spent a lot of time trying to figure this world out all on my own. Us men are taught that from a young age, things are changing, but that doesn't mean young men still aren't exposed to sexual bias and standards.
That's my first point, we need to be more open with each and accept when people are open and listen without judgment. We need to talk about real things, understand and learn from each other. Women are much better at this and we need to start practicing. Most people know this but we need to get better at this fast.
I think the most important thing we can do is learn, learn and study everything you can about unhealthy behaviors and learn to spot them sooner and then most importantly say something! Even if you need to go double triple check, you need to bring it up, even if you have to send a text and make sure to be polite about it, you have to kill them with kindness and can't show any weakness or doubt.
For example, you spot something you see as manipulation, you go think on it and confirm. Then approach the situation in a firm way and state "This made me uncomfortable and I feel like you were manipulating(or X) me". Say it. It's a winner statement, if they really weren't being manipulative and are a mature individual, then you can talk about it openly.
If they shut down and throw it back in your face, you need to be ready to call that attack out too, "You shut down and attacked me for approaching you about my feelings". Then you will know the truth and they will be afraid of you, trust me I've been doing it for years and it's the number one thing a toxic person hates.
This can be used with any toxic behavior, if you spot it, say something sooner, hell even if you smell it you should say something, your feelings ahould always be heard. That's how it always works, slowly introducing toxic behaviors too see how "sensitive" you are to it and slowly grt worse and worse.
We've actually done this to ourselves in a sense, we've put up with attitudes and toxic behaviors because as men we were taught to take it, suck it up and witnessing all everything in the media about how bad women have it we were TOO nice. We have taken it because we can't properly identify these things and were never taught about relationships.
We have too many simps taking abuse from women for years and letting them suck them dry. Then these women gain an ego and confidence and keep going and they keep being rewarded because there is always a desperate guy out there. No one ever shuts them down and calls them out publicly, so they keep getting away with it and eventually believe their own bs.
We don't talk about our relationships and I've lost many good friends to toxic women because they won't talk about relationships, take advice and mostly becuase they were desperate and lonely. I can confirm that it's better to be lonely than it is living with an abusive woman any day. I lost them because I said something, I spoke up but since they were inexperienced in it, they couldn't accept it and just rejected it because, well, pussy is powerful.
I've been single for about 6 years now, waiting to be ready to date again after dozens of fucked up relationships from 16. I've spent my time working on myself, studying what healthy relationships look like and how to accurately identify toxic behaviors, you know what I feel better than ever and have more confidence and know I'm ready to actually date. I am not afraid to confront these toxic people after practicing on women I wasn't having sex with first and I learned how to react, that's the key thing, how you react, have to be calm and confident.
I'm ready to quickly weed through women, call them on their shit and move on. It shouldn't have taken me to the age of 32 to get here and I want to save some struggles for the younger generation. I don't want other men to be as miserable as long as I have and go alone. Women have almost caused me to be a statistic, don't become one either.
PS: Psychology should almost be mandatory in schools as a yearly course, starting from a young age, so everyone is on the same page and the playing field be level. It's terrible how many people suffer at the ends of miserable people.
Read up on narcissism, gaslighting and manipulation. It seems very straightforward at first, but keep reading and rereading, come back whenever you think you spot it and then keep reading. It works by making it a habit and before you know it you will have red flags poping out of conversations and you know something is off.
I know it can be hard to read about these things, it might bring up some past experiences and bring in the anger. Don't run from that anger; use it to fuel the urge to never be hurt again.
Sorry this was so long, but I hope someone reads it and can get something out of it. Love you guys!
