For a short summary, my father is a hardcore beta, however, he has many leadership qualities. When I was learning to drive for the first time, he planned routes that would match my experience at the time of driving so that I wouldn't get put into a situation where I would likely panic. He gave clear and concise directions when he needed to. This is the example of his leadership qualities.

However, he's a hardcore beta. My mother is an alpha with little to no leadership qualities, the stark opposite of him. I was with her the first time I drove her car. She took me on a confusing and busy street at around 3 pm that day, when it was most busy. I had to perform a left turn across three lanes of cars. Of course it was confusing, I had only just gotten my permit. I was looking for the opportune window of time to make the turn, but when it was clearly still busy, my mother started yelling at me to go when it was obviously a bad idea. Incorrectly assuming she knew what she was doing and under a veil of panic with no one to rely on but her, I did it, and had about three near misses. That fucked me up for weeks. I refused to drive for some time after that.

When they were married (they got divorced about 2 years ago), they were fighting often because my dad refused to try and control her, and instead, chose to just grit his teeth and bear it until she eventually got tired and gave up trying to do whatever it was she was trying to get him to do at the time. It almost got pretty physical once, where my mother was trying to get him to call our aunt and uncle because she had thought they'd stolen something from us. She tried to force the phone upon him and he resisted, knocking over a lamp. This lead to some pretty terrifying yelling on his part. Although he has the potential to be pretty scary, I'd consider this psychological break on his part a break of frame, however, it set her straight and forced her to retreat to her room. I was almost proud of him for asserting dominance and putting her in her place, but he broke frame big time. We had all seen a side of him unlike any other. Nothing changed after this. He still continue to be a beta with leader qualities.

Fast forward to now, many years later, and I overheard him talking to one of our relatives at a family gathering that he might want to start dating again and find someone right for him that he can settle down with. However, those who forget their history are doomed to repeat it. I was considering showing him Redpill for his sake. However, he's a hardcore beta, and Redpill is hardcore alpha. It's not going to be easy to drill these ways into his head, although I think it's possible, and he would benefit from it.

He has much leadership potential, and because he's a road engineer, he has many subordinates. Not only would TRP help him get bitches, but it would help in the workplace too. He would go from a beta leader to an alpha leader; a true alpha.

How do I show this to him without confusing him or making a bad impression?
