You shouldn't have your identity attached to accusations until convicted. Same goes for the accuser if proven false.

As soon as someone is found not guilty, they should release the name of the accuser. That way everyone will know she's a liar and not to go anywhere near her. Saying you were raped without evidence to prove it is just as bad as lying about being raped.

To be fair, having the case dismissed doesn't mean she lied. It means there's no evidence.
