My question is in your opinion is this an acceptable arrangement? At the very least is this an acceptable starter house?
Would you consider dating a guy who had a house like this, one car, and a really good job at a warehouse with full benefits.
The house has a nice yard, it's not super big, but not small either, more or less medium size. But it's fully paid for and so is the car.
I know a lot more comes with picking a partner, but this question is more focused on what the guy is bringing to the table, so let's say you're only looking at it logically, and you like his personality well enough for the sake of argument.
Let's say he's nearly 23 btw, and is 5'8 (it's me obviously, but I'm just curious on what my market value would be since it's discussed so often in this sub, I'm not trying to pull anyone on here though,
I'm asking out of curiosity. Last time I asked something similar on reddit, I didn't add details to the question about personality etc, and the answers were more or less "what about his personality" instead of the more "what value does this person have as a partner" responses I was looking for.
I know different women have different expectations on what they want from a man, some probably might consider this arrangement below their standards, some may consider it decent, while others may consider it really good.
I just want to know what people would think/why they think this is good or is not that great etc.
Lastly, with a 3 bedroom 1 bath, how many kids would you have? One? Two? Or more and the kids just share a room.
Thanks in advance for the input.
