Good... she was initially sentenced to two years (wholly suspended - which means that she would be free, not incarcerated). Doesn't bring to mind any of the discussions on judicial leniency towards women that we've seen so many times before, right?

The best part of this is that although the woman was convicted, the sentence was appealed by the prosecution for being too lenient. BRAVO!!! The appellate court agreed and sentenced her to a full year of actual incarceration.
