Depends on his maturity and interests, but probably not. Try being a great example figure to him and introduce him when you feel he'll be willing to at least listen and maybe start working on improvement.

I'd say no, best way to teach is by example, be his role model by living the TRP lifestyle to a success.

Lead by your actions. He's younger, so probably looks up to you like a guide or teacher. There's no need to tell him unless he explicitly asks (chances are he's too young to approach or anything, and is still in the phase of self-discovery, if you'll pardon the expression). Once he comes to you and expresses interest, start him off slowly by deconstructing the shitty worldview that Disney and Hollywood movies might have indoctrinated him to believe in as a kid. Honestly, that's the greatest thing you can do, is remove the tinted glasses and allow him to see the world for what it really is, while not exactly shocking him right into the anger phase. You don't want him in the anger phase that young, he might never get over it...
