i was called sexist because i called reffered to women as females

So, i was abt to go and play football w my mates suring p.e. I said "move, females" because they were on the court, we asked them if they wanted to join us and all of them said no, thats why i told all of the females to move. I am so confused, they called me mysoginistic. What the fuck
