No one is stopping her from writing, producing, and directing her own womancentric films. No one. Just pony up the cash, cast whoever you want, and tell the story you want to tell. It needing to be profitable is the only caveat. Sounds like the problem is she can't find someone else to pay for it all on her behalf...
