Yeah, with the little context I have here, I'm team woman on this one. It looks like he was holding her jacket and she just wanted it back. You can even see the jacket being thrown at her when she's already on the floor. So why would he hold on to it if he was gonna give it back anyway? He totally escalated the whole situation for no reason. If someone took my jacket, I'd also try to get it back, and yes, that might mean I'd have to touch the person holding it. To then get clapped in the face twice is just assault. I understand there might be a payment dispute, but this really isn't the way to solve that.
