Then do it. Might work, might not, them's the breaks. It doesn't HAVE to work. Try it. If it's great stick with it. If it sucks think again. But DO try stuff.

blah blah blah bullshit excuses. Just do what you want, accept the risks, go for it. Your Spanish will improve plenty when you get there :)

I'm moving out of south america.

Same age, depressed, hating my job. Going to the UK. I have EU citizenship though, that helps
