This case makes no sense. If the car's parked and, she has sex with her bf, unprotected, how can there be an insurance claim in there? The only claim she would file is with her health insurance carrier for medical treatment. But why would geico pay her?

If she: "used the gear shift on herself", and caught a severe UTI, she still wouldn't have a claim! If God forbid she had been raped in the car, would she be able to demand geico pay her out?
