Thousands of dads are left in shock as DIY paternity tests soar. Up to 30,000 tests are being performed every year, says Alphabiolabs. In the UK about 750,000 babies are born every year. Feminists want the test to be illegal without the written consent of the mother.

Mother-of-two, 40, falsely branded a neighbour a sex offender because he 'made too much noise building a guinea pig hutch in his garden'. It seems for many women if they do not get their way they make a false sex allegation knowing a man is not protected by the law.

Man knows he has a sexually transmitted disease, has unprotected sex with her anyway because he's a POS and the insurance company is at fault? It's this dumb ass dude that should be at fault. So messed up.

No, you see, the insurance company has money. They always go after the party with the biggest wallet.

I mean she could have insisted on a condom but I agree if he know he had it that makes him a giant pos.

So, by this; if you get pregnant after having sex in a car, can you get child support from the insurance company?

[–]furchfur[S] 11 points12 points13 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That is an interesting "take". I would say yes.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Also, if you get caught cooking meth in your RV, you can blame the insurance company.

[–]PFfounder 7 points8 points9 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Wtf does this have to do with a car insurance company ????

[–]malcfp 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The “injury” happened in the car.

[–]malcfp 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

But you’d think they would have to prove she was infected during one of their romps that took place while in the vehicle. Maybe they had sex ONLY when in the car.

what? didnt they decide that spreading aids isnt a crime a few years back?

[–]SweetyMcQ 14 points15 points16 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

California did. Knowingly spreading aids is not a felony in CA now…beyond fucked up.

[–]arrouk 6 points7 points8 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

What, I mean accidents do happen but to knowingly do it is assault surely.

[–]SweetyMcQ 6 points7 points8 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Not in California. Here is an article from Washington Post who is as ultra left wing as it gets. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/to-your-health/wp/2017/10/09/knowingly-infecting-others-with-hiv-is-no-longer-a-felony-in-california-advocates-say-it-targeted-sex-workers/

What's actually laughable is there is very little chance of a woman passing it to a man, from memory it's under 1% where as its very high for a man to pass it on to a partner, again from memory it's over 80%

[–]ignatztempotypo 6 points7 points8 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

And yet another advancement in the victim/blame/zero personal responsibility/reduce all interaction to a dollar amount, clown world we now live in.

[–]Apellosine 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Do these companies not have specific exclusions regarding injury caused by comminicable disease? Working in insurance and especially since Covid, this is a very common clause in your insu4ance documents.

[–]ohisama 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Health insurance, yes. Not in a car policy. But now there will be.

[–]Apellosine 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

With the company I work for it's just a general exclusion that applies to all policies, health, motor, home.
