There has to be more to the story. People throw these stories out of context a lot.

She probably blamed him for making his car look off distance to judge how far she was from the pole.

Him looking at her made her feel nervous and she couldn't dictate when to stop.

They were driving along on the road and there was some kind of road rage.

He took a spot she wanted so as her idea of confronting him was park right in front of him but out of her anger banged into the pole.

She had some kind of altercation with another man most likely her husband.

She had an altercation with anyone and backed down

They happen because of unnecessary road rage, nervousness for being socially awkward, or putting it on someone else they think is an easy target after a prior encounter.
