Not the first time I’ve seen this video. I get that its a kind gesture to let the lady walk first. (But to be frank I still have no clue why thats needed, doesn’t make much sense. The whole chivalry system just doesn’t speak to me) But that was out of RDJ’s own kindness. This whole “gentlemen standard” needs to stop. Modern women aren’t traditional themselves, they’re allowed to laugh out loud with their mouths open, wear skimpy dresses and choose not to take their husband’s surname (in some areas) why are men still forced to abide by traditional etiquettes?

In today’s society, everybody preaches that women are strong, independent beings, needing no help from men to be successful. I agree, they do not. But then theres these two-faced twats in the comments calling Tom Holland and his gang “boys” and Rdj’s gang “Men”. JUST BECAUSE one let the female walk first, and one didn’t. And they proceeded to comment that Tom needs to start learning from his seniors.

So now now… these women (and white knights) in the comment section define what a man is and are literally telling men what to do??? Literally saying stepping onto stage before a woman makes Tom and Jacob less of a man? Spare me 🤦‍♂️

also had a pointless quarrel with an idiot in the comment section saying thats the bare minimum, i replied with “If thats the case, women should always cook for men then?”. She replied “Sounds like a good deal, men shall go to wars and fight to ur last breaths too! 🙈🙈” Another user added that this just shows that Rdj is a true gentleman…

I find it hilarious how these women preach equality all day long on one hand and then still want special treatment from “gentlemen” at the end of the day, and when they do not get the treatment they seek, they talk down on the men, calling them “not gentlemanly” I personally believe we can all be gentlemen/women without being exclusively nice to the opposite sex.
