I have a question.

Has anyone actually witnessed something persecuted as "sexual harassment" that was "serious"....exceeding what a reasonable person would consider to be more than perhaps a "pest" or "annoyance" to a woman?

I personally believe that the US laws as currently configured are ripe for reform as they are basically just a "cudgel" to discriminately enforce female "preference" and "feelings" . I suspect that "serious" harassment is VERY rare.

My personal experience was experiencing an "inquisition" after a young woman reported me, having gotten caught flirting with me by her jealous young husband. She presumed that HR would just fire me without investigation and quit immediately when she found out this wasn't the case. I still though had to endure HOURS of questioning and a humiliating investigation which ended in my exoneration...although I was "censured" with being informed that i would be fired immediately if anyone ever even COMPLAINED about me. Kind of odd to punish someone who you have just exonerated isn't it?

Another thing I was loosely involved in as a witness was a woman (typically a fun and flirty "bombshell" prone to making sexual jokes) choosing to use a complaint (There MAY have been a little very mild double entendre) to get her boss fired as basically religious intolerance as her sister chastised her for "allowing" him to have "Paganish" religious beliefs they happened to discuss when sister was visiting.

Finally I'm aware of a mildly naughty flirtation that a girl happily participated in, until she was passed over for a promotion...at which time it magically turned into "harassment" and the promoted rival was fired.

Anyone?
