I wouldn't trust "experts" who talk shit like this. If somebody forgets a kid there and the kid dies, that's manslaughter and they deserve prison for it. It's not a tragic accident, it's an unforgivable crime.

This kind of stuff is tragic, and can in fact happen to anyone. Every parent can recognize this.

The man in the article was charged but shouldn’t have been, and the judge gave him an absolute discharge.
