According to this logic, literally anything a person does to their child in the womb would be justified. For example, it would also be a basic human right to drink eight ounces of vodka everyday while pregnant. Because its her body, after all, and no one has any right to tell her what to do with it. Same would apply to smoking crack or or anything else. She has a right to cause birth defects and brain damage to something that is part of her own body, she would have us believe. It's one of the most absurd contradictions required by the pro-choice position. If it is ethical to kill someone, it can hardly to unethical to cause them harm short of killing them.

So if I designed and built a gestation pod, and placed an embryo in it, and it was female. THen by their logic, I have the right to edit it's phenotype to male, and even make it have four hands, four lungs, an bigger brain with 4 quads, a superior immune system. Hmmm, I think I'll start working on it, maybe a few thousand men can be freed of needing women to procreate...plus having the option to have superior off-spring.
