I'm getting sick of people wasting my time. Here's a few examples in the last few days/weeks.

I work for a guy who manufactures supplements. I bust my ass to make money and sell these supplements. Now he makes everything. I do the ground work. He handles the online sales. I handle the local sales.

I have tripled in clients in the last couple months and have been getting a lot of orders. So meeting once a week isn't really cutting it. He tells me he will meet me more but he never does. When I bring it up he acts like it's a hassle.

Or he'll show up and forget stuff. Or he'll say he's coming and doesn't show. I have ppl who drive to get this stuff. I run thing very efficiently and he's at a point where he doesn't care and even threatens to stop the whole thing. When he's in a bad mood.

I know he's bluffing bc we both make really good money. He said he was going to give me a key for the office to grab supply's as I needed. He never did. Then when I asked him he said he didn't want me in there everyday.

He told me he was going to come last Tuesday. Never showed. Then said the next day. He hit me up that morning and said I'll call you when I'm close. Was waiting around. Had ppl planing on coming that night who were waiting for a while.

Never heard from him for 3 days. No responses. Then hits me up today saying he just got back into town. No apology. Just "no I don't want to talk about it. Give me a list and I'll do my best"

This is fucking shit up for me and happens way to often me waiting around. Him telling me he's going to come or do something. And never following through.

But the kicker here is if I say the wrong thing or piss him off he can stop working with me or giving me shit and then I'm out a lot of money.

Another example is my tattoo artist. I've been getting a big piece finished up. He will tell me to be there at 630 then messages me to come at 730 and then doesn't start me till 930 I'm sitting there waiting for 2 hours for him to finish on the person before me.

Again today tells me to be there at 1130 then text me something came up to hang tight he'll let me know when to come. This has happened 3 times now.

This is getting really annoying. Should I be saying something to them. Especially my business partner. Or am I kind of under their power and just need to deal with it?
