The amount of young guys taking steroids today has absolutely exploded, beyond that an attractive man requires far more genetic traits than an attractive woman. Women have lower standards on them and who have easy work arounds like makeup to effectively put a mask over their face, allowing them to circumvent their genetic beauty requirements.

Beyond this the attractive male physique requires hundreds upon hundreds of hours of exercise with high levels of discipline and dieting in order to achieve the muscular body required. Women simply need to stay thin, and if they get only a little overweight then they will still appeal to 85-90% of men. While slightly overweight men are effectively invisible, as are the vast majority of thin men as well.

To further add to this, your point on how women share their insecurities about their appearance and all that while.men don't is just stupid, you should be well aware that most men don't share their insecurities at all haha
