So I've been wondering this. I live in a 2 party consent state, where if I want to be recorded on Audio (I think also visual, but the law seems a little weird). So say a woman wants to prove beyond doubt that her husband is mistreating her kids when he isn't, and records the man without his consent. Would laws still favor the woman? Because even if hi rights are breached, it still seems like it doesn't matter if its against a woman.

(The reason I thought of this is everhtime I gwt a phone call I hear "this call maybe recorded" and was curious on how 2 party works, then was like "well I know my custody laws in my state are weird. What if they try to recoed? It is a 2 party consent...but if its a woman against a man, would they toss it t the woman regardless???)
