I've been fighting for my life for over 3 years, 33 months of which were in jail in Detroit, without trial, for a crime I didn't do based on the accusations of of a crazy ex. This video is a cloud backup from my cellphone which was seized by the police and intentionally destroyed or at best not turned over to my attorneys, for 3 years.

This is why you should always vote not guilty if you're in a jury for a case where a man's accused by a woman of some sexual crime; it's because you have no idea how much evidence tending to prove the innocence of the defendant has been left out of the trial. If you don't know what evidence might be out there, you can't say someone is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

But I guess in this case it never even went to trial and they just proceeded to jail, skipping all that annoying "evidence" stuff.

Recently the Canadian supreme court equivalent reversed there equivalent of Brady saying that it is the defense that has to provide all the evidence it has to the prosecution -- only for cases of men being accused of women of course.

why did the cops say they destroyed evidence?

My legal team has let me know to take down these videos. Thanks for all the support, I've been demonized so long every bit of support means a lot. I will keep everyone up to date and eventually will be able to tell all openly. This is just the tip of the iceberg of crazy. Think about it though..
I CAN BE PLACED IN JAIL FOR POSTING A VIDEO OF SOMEONE AS THEY ARE IN THE ACT OF COMMITTING AN ASSAULTIVE CRIME AGAINST ME! How insane is that? How is any of this sane?
