Early on they may doubt how attracted men are to them and they assume that men are the ones that get to take their pick because everyone knows we’re coming from a patriarchal society where men had a bunch of mistresses and stuff. Eventually they realize that if that were to actually approach men the majority of randomly selected men would go on a date with them. Okay, I guess I’m more attractive than I thought. And they assume that men must be highly sought after on average too. Because we’re coming from a patriarchal society. They see lots of men complaining and they seem completely outrageous to them. They must be picky as fuck. They’re whining because they can’t get a new model every weekend. Or they just hate women for being highly sought after too now. Because they’re entitled pigs.

When the reality is if some of these men asked out 10 random single women all 10 would say no. But if the women asked out 10 random single men they might easily go on 8-10 dates. It’s the opposite of what everyone was expecting from what they learned since they were kids. It smells like 0 opportunity to some men.

So the next argument is these men must really suck. Why do they suck so bad?
