Ugh, I am so sorry this happened to you. It's good you took those first steps to protect yourself, but this must be so scary... It might be good to talk to a lawyer, in case this accuser either goes next level and reports you, or goes ham on social media.

If there are any witnesses you think could help you out, contact them in case you need them. Be careful what you text or say online in case it's misconstrued.

I really hope it goes away, but I also think you should get a restraining order against this person.

Looks to me that men these days simply have to refuse to participate in any corporate "social event". The women can go and socialize with each other. Even welcoming new employees on their first day can be career ending. Like this:
