You should avoid all casual conversations and never talk about anything personal like relationships with a woman at work.

I only once was interested in someone at work. It was mutual. On our one and only date all I could think about was that all my personal business would now be broadcast at work.

She complained to our co-workers that I didn't want a second date because I was concerned "what people would say". I was concerned what she would say and that I'd be fired.

Men just leave women alone. Only communicate with them when it has to do with work. Do not communicate anything personal with them. Be professional. You never know their ulterior motive or motives.

It is a matter of time till it is going to get so bad that girls become unskilled and useless to some positions and afterwards they make us to be the bad ones because we are afraid of even saying hello
