My husband's job involves a lot of physical labor and long hours. It's a family business essentially run by him and his brother now and he's a workaholic anyway so it makes him happy (which makes me happy).

He's exhausted when he gets home, however, and wants to shower, eat, have sex and go to sleep most nights. Sex is usually quick and on the 'vanilla' side because of this. I haven't talked to him about it because he seems satisfied but I also wonder if I should be putting more effort into things. (I do put in effort but it's the basic stuff like lingerie and massages/backrubs.)

He's a pretty typical masculine guy, which is why I'm hesitant to take the lead on this. I'm also a little intimidated and have no idea where to start.
