This headline is misleading. The allegation is that this woman made her 2yo son penetrate her with a sex toy. I’m not aware of that fitting the statutory definition of “rape” anywhere.

Also, “males responsible at any age”? Ohio has a blanket prohibition on trying anyone under the age of 14 as an adult. No one actually argued that a 2yo was “complicit” in anything, that is a quote from some dumbass activist who either misunderstood the decision or is deliberately inventing a false narrative.

Edit for the idiots: This isn’t an endorsement of what she did, it’s an objection to spreading misinformation. If you think the outcome here should be different, it’s important to understand what the law actually is.
