I have been ordered to pay almost 1/2 of my salary. The case is still pending trial; but this basically means I wouldn’t be able to hire an attorney - which will ultimately lead to alienation from my 4-year old. Mother works and gets almost similar salary.

I don’t think The Child Support Guideline had been fair - but the recent (October 2021) version went way too far.

The current parenting time is alternate full weekend and 2-hour in a weekday. But the guideline still treats me as if all custody related costs are borne by the mother.
