This plain and simple office politics in the hand of an entitled woman.

I refused to go the extra mile for her because she was blatantly acting nice immediately followed by a request for help (help = do her job for her), and she wasn't ashamed in any way, shape or form. She even laughed at what she was doing, teasing you about the fact she was playing you...

I refused to play along and, while remaining professional, refused to help her more than what was required of me. For her it was a blow to her image because she couldn't handle the job alone and she risked looking incompetent to my bosses.

As a result, she started insulting me in front of other women behind my back (using women against me), and move her laptop away from me and next to a beta guy who she's now using to cover for her.

The most frustrating thing is that idiot of a beta sucker is enabling her crap. If he had any hint of a spine and refuse to bend over, she'd be in deep shit by now, and instead, she's using him as an anchor point to heep doing this shit, and I'm the asshole who refuses to play nice...

Not only that, but now she even jokes about it when surrounded by him and other beta, implying I'm not a good employee.

How the fuck do you deal with this shit?
