Yea I've seen that a lot.

I literally blew my top one day, staff didn't know but a lot of the kids did.

That is a Title IX violation. There is a resolution to a case similar to this posted on OCR's website. In that case it was girls being lectured on dress codes.

Consider asking your parent to file with OCR for you. It is free and doesn't require an attorney.
