If you're out on a date and she goes all in on the menu, ordering the most expensive stuff, you know she's just a gold digging foodie dater. Politely excuse yourself to go to the toilet, head to the till, pay for your own half of the bill and leave. Make sure you explain to the waiting staff and tip them generously. They will understand that you're not an ass-hole, they've probably seen this dozens of times before. Have them kindly explain to your "date" she must pay her own bill. Make sure you block them on everything and turn your phone off for the rest of the evening.
