In these years i tried my best to socialize as much as possible, and i made a wonderful discovery, i am much more extrovert than i thought. Got to know a ton of people, my old friends even call me the popular guy now.

However, i notice that i have a hard time being cocky and funny with girls as soon as i get to know them, because i tend to treat them like i would treat a guy, with respect and a sort of formality, mainly due to the fact that i barely know them. I don't like this, because it doesn't let me knowing girls more deeply, and i'm having a hard time to end this formality and connect more with girls in general.

The result is that the vast majority of the girls i know is only at a superficial level. We talk about "serious stuff" (school, work, etc), not funny stuff. This makes things so much more difficult, especially during social events or when being introduced to a new group of people. I think i'm immediatly categorised as a very serious guy, which doesn't help me in making new female friends. On the countrary, zero problems in getting male friends.

I think this all comes from being a super nice guy during my adolescence. Now i have much more respect for myself, but i still can't go full black pill.
What do you think?
