In my efforts to change in the last 4 years, I have had major break through including dropping 110lbs and then gaining about 40 of lean mass. I focused on health because I determined that was one of my biggest issues and came to realize that building a healthy body also has helped with my mind. Unfortunately I have hit some obstacles again, for lack of a better word I've figured out what else I need to fix.

Although I have no way to know for certain, I think I have high cortisol, which I had originally thought to be low testosterone. Seeing as I made mass and strength gains fairly easily I'm sure my testosterone is at least average. How do I go about lowering or dropping my cortisol to normal levels IF it is actually high like I speculate?

I honestly believe and feel that if this is the issue that by fixing this I'll be on my way to the life I want to live.

Symptoms: extremely anxious, panic attacks, shitty libido, depression, super irritable, lately I feel so weak that 60% feels like 100% on my lifts, fatigued, brain fog, fat gain on midsection and face, stressed, poor sleep(I often wake up 3 times a night and even if I get a solid 8 hours I feel like shit anyways)

I am trying to read up on stuff but I figured there's no harm in asking here and that maybe another user would find it helpful, so does anyone know of any ways to lower my cortisol?
