Ever since California became the first state to have no-fault divorce, child custody has been preset at 65/35. That is blatant discrimination, the sole purpose is to keep the divorce judges and lawyers employed using OUR money, while states like Tennessee give almost automatic 50/50.

The legislature has passed laws making our pursuit of equality almost impossible. Almost

How many of you are aware of the State Bar Complaint system where you can file complaints against your lawyer if they screwed you over? You can demand your money back, demand that all of his cases be reviewed to see if this is a pattern and practice of his, and his firms.

This matter would normally be reviewed by an employee of the California State Bar, and most likely they will try to close it out without giving you a hearing other than the complaint you filed.

That is, unless you include a State Bar employee, such as Leah Wilson, the Executive Director. In that case they have to hire an SDTC - Special Deputy Trial Counsel to respond. Google rule 2201 to read the requirements they have to go thru.

That is ok, but how would you like to speak to the State Bar and tell them about your complaints, how the divorce system is gender-biased against men? There are Zoom meetings every month that you are allowed to call in, and speak to them for three minutes. Your time to complain, and if 200 people all call in, that gives us a real big voice. https://board.calbar.ca.gov/Committees.aspx and they have six board meetings https://www.calbar.ca.gov/Portals/0/documents/bog/bot_ExecDir/bot_multi-year-schedule.pdf where if you live in Los Angeles, you can attend in person. The following YouTube video is me calling out Leah Wilson, the Executive Director of the lawyers that screwed you out of your kids. I start around the 5 min mark.

I ask that you keep racial words out as I have been told that could disrupt the meeting for an hour or more. Believe it or not, using racial words is protected free speech, they have to allow it.

Keep your language clean, most of the people in these meetings are trapped in a fascist regime where "Queen Leah", really the Court Jester, rules their career, and if you piss her off, she may retaliate with a call to your boss... Maybe, maybe not.

But since you are not lawyers, she cannot do anything except sit there and sweat.

If you really want change, call in and let them know how you feel, file a State Bar complaint against your attorney if he didn't fight for 50/50 custody. Add Leah as she is their boss and should know the system is rigged.

The judges are so locked into the 65/35, without ever defining it, what excuse would they have to give you less?
