Entitlement and romance

I'm 20-years deep in one, but I never feel entitled. When I ask my current partner if he's DTF and he refuses, I respect that and don't push. If I'm partnered up with another as well and ask them and they also refuse, then you just deal however you need to.

As for the relationship aspect, I personally love them. I love being bonded, having those moments where we can just look at each other and transfer thoughts, the cuddling, the slow vanilla sex one day and then hot rough doggy the next...I love all that shit.

That's so hard to do when you're 'casual'. You never really get as close and it's like they're always at arm's length. It's lonely there after a while. I like having someone to come home to. It would bum me out to go without. A lot.

For the first question - my (21) personal experience (and as you can tell by my age very shot )definitely doesn't have to apply to everyone. But I haven't met a woman that would feel entitled to sex nor romance. Obviously it also depends on who considers what as a romance. I feel like women rather long for romance and try to encourage their parents to show them love through various acts. But shouldn't every partner regardless of sex want/expect some type of romance? If it's consensual relationship that is. And for the sex part I always respect and understand when my partner isn't in the mood. And haven't yet met any woman that would show some signs of entitlement to sex. Could be because of my age group?? Who knows And for the second question. It's quite hard to imagine yourself in situation as if you haven't experienced relationship when you had. But I can offer a view from a friend's of mine. She is also 21 and hasn't yet been in any type of relationship ever. And she really really wants to, but hasn't find anyone suitable yet. Two of her crushes turned out to be gay for example. She's just unlucky in this field of life. But despite that she has NEVER made it someone else problem. She never blamed men for not getting together with her or something like that. But it does effect her self-esteem a bit because she's extremely hard on herself.
