With some experience, you know that this type of boss is general trouble for all or really doesn't mesh with you.

1.Sorority types (passive-aggressive tactics, sees the workplace as a social club etc).

  1. Chip on the shoulder/something to prove types (usually has some perceived strike against them - first-generation professional/ASD spectrum/childhood trauma).

  2. Flightly airy "people-people" types (naive, avoids conflict)

  3. Ones with social science/humanities/communications degrees. This overlaps with 1 and 3 but they are never objective and logic based. Everything is based on emotions.
