DVPO against mother due to assault and child endangerment at time of separation. There were several DVPO violations and mother was arrest again due to stalking.

During mediation they agree to a 8/6 split of young child,with father having 8 nights.

A year into custody mom agrees to plead guilty to both Assault and Stalking and Child abuse chargers are dropped.

3 years out of initial separation, mom now wants 50/50 split. Super High conflict.
