You will never know if she is doing this out of respect for her son or to spite the father.

And we will never know if she is a brilliant serial killer who has outsmarted the police at every turn either. Or if you are. So what?

To the woman who is the subject of the article: Thank you for sticking your neck way out and standing up for your son. I can't even imagine the pressure that's being brought to bear on you personally, let alone how you are going to deal with the heavy fines and legal costs being applied to you for exercising your conscience. I hope that your story gathers a wide following and the corrupt legal system is exposed and shamed into decency. Whatever happens, your son is very lucky to have a parent like you of such courage and integrity. Those values will serve him well in life. I wish you all the best.
