Female (19) submitted false rape charges against 47 year old man.

The 19-year-old woman told police about the rape, but was later revealed to a sex video, iTromsø writes in today's newspaper.

Rape bluffs were made after the tromsø woman was with an unknown man in his hotel room. After having sex, she left the room and then report the 47-year-old for rape - shortly after she had left the room.

To Nordlys explained the 47-year-old man before the trial that he had met the girl at a bus stop when he was on his way home from town. She was then with him in his hotel room where the sexual intercourse took place. Opposite Aurora man explained that it only took about half an hour before the police were at his door after the woman had left the room.

He was then led out of the hotel in handcuffs.

Rev. of clothes When 19-year-old contacted police, she explained that the 47-year-old had used violence. Among other things she expressed that he had torn off her clothes by force. The woman told untruths also in subsequent police questioning. When police presented the suspicion of perjury in March this year, did not recognize the woman the facts.

The defendant could not account for much of the incident. Among other things she could not say clearly whether she and 47-year-old had had sexual intercourse. The woman acknowledged that she had explained himself mistaken for police.

Recorded on film In court yesterday showed investigators including a cell recordings were made in the hotel room. Mobile recording showed that the incident involved consensual sex.

Nor footage from the hotel surveillance camera showed something that could corroborate her testimony about violence. No trace who testified sex and violence was revealed during a medical check.

The judgment is expected shortly.
